The Process

  • There are two applications for the 2024 Fair - one for inside and one for outside.
  • Neither of these applications are for food sales. Food vendors should email exhibits@silverdollarfair.org
  • 2023 Vendors have first right space at the 2024 Silver Dollar Fair until February 23, 2024
  • On February 23, all space that has not been claimed by 2023 vendors becomes available for new vendors.
  • New vendors can send their applications in at any time, but space will not be assigned until AFTER February 23, 2024

Applications

Please send the following information:
  • Detailed list of the items you wish to sell or promote
  • Pictures of items you wish to sell or promote (if available)
  • Whether you have a ''pitch'' or microphone setup for your booth

When your application is approved, we will send you a contract and additional information. You will need to provide the Silver Dollar Fair with a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 general liability, listing the Silver Dollar Fair as additional insured for the dates of the fairThis insurance can also be purchased through our office for $110-$135.

$500 per 10'x10'


All Concessionaires
Indoor or Outdoor

23% with minimum guarantee

Considerations

Vendors will be selected based on the following criteria
  • Presentation of booth
  • Clear product list
  • Uniqueness that sets product apart from existing vendors
  • Professionalism
  • Timeliness of payment and submission of paperwork
