Where to turn in requirements?

All ownership requirements will need to be turned in through ShoWorks. This Includes:
YQCA certificate
Ownership Documents (Photos, Bill of Sale, appropriate ID/Scrapie Tag info for sheep and goats)
3-Part Form
Hogs - Prop 12
Rabbits - Tattoos
